If something in the app is broken or behaving unexpectedly, send us a note at [email protected]. To help us fix it faster, it helps to include:

• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
• Your device and OS version (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 18).
• A screenshot or screen recording, if you can capture one.

Taryun gets better because of the people who use it. If a part of the practice isn't clicking, or you wish it did something it doesn't, tell us at [email protected]. No feedback is too small — the small things are usually what we most want to know.

Subscriptions, the 7-day free trial, and renewals are billed through your App Store or Google Play account, and you can manage or cancel a plan in those account settings at any time. For refund requests, follow Apple's or Google's process for the store you purchased through. If you're unsure or something looks wrong, email us at [email protected]and we'll help you sort it out.
