Terms of Use

Taryun is a self-image practice app: a daily loop where you rehearse who you want to become, take one small action to prove it, and log the evidence. Taryun supports personal growth. It is not therapy, medical or mental-health treatment, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

You sign in with Google or Apple. You're responsible for keeping access to that sign-in secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use Taryun.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Taryun for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms. We and our licensors keep all rights in the app itself — its software, design, and content other than what you create.

Taryun offers three subscription tiers, each available monthly or annually:

• Core — the whole practice except the AI coach. $7.99 per month, or $49.99 per year.
• Pro — everything in Core, plus the AI coach, with a fair-use daily limit. $14.99 per month, or $89.99 per year.
• Premium— everything in Pro, with 10x the Pro tier's AI usage (a fixed daily and monthly quota, exactly ten times Pro's). $24.99 per month, or $149.99 per year.

All tiers include a 7-day free trial. There is no free version and no one-time or lifetime purchase — every Taryun plan is a recurring subscription.

Your subscription renews automaticallyunless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current billing period. Your payment method is charged through your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and again at each renewal, at the price shown for your region. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription automatically.

You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable — refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google, including any statutory withdrawal rights where you live, are handled under their respective policies. Prices shown are indicative and may vary by region and over time; any change to your renewal price will follow the store's rules for notice and consent.

On the Pro and Premium tiers, the app offers AI-generated suggestions at certain points to help you shape your self-image or make an action easier. These are suggestions only — it suggests, you always decide. The coach can be wrong or incomplete, and you are responsible for what you choose to act on.

To keep the coach available and affordable for everyone, AI features are subject to reasonable fair-use limits, such as a daily cap on requests. We may adjust these limits over time.

You agree not to:

• Use Taryun for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app, its backend, or other users' data.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without our permission.

The self-image, proof, and Evidence Log entries you create are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you and to operate the features you use — including sending relevant text to our AI provider when you invoke the coach. We describe how we handle it in the Privacy Policy.

Taryun's daily practice is inspired by the principles of Psycho-Cybernetics. Taryun is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Psycho-Cybernetics Foundation.

Taryun is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee any particular outcome, result, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Taryun does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice; if you are in crisis or need care, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Etheia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Taryun. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms as the app evolves; material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app. You may stop using Taryun at any time. We may suspend or end access that violates these Terms.

Ending your account — by you or by us — does not by itself refund a store purchase; refunds remain subject to Apple's and Google's policies as described above. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Etheia about Taryun.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules — except that if the consumer-protection law of the country where you live gives you rights these Terms cannot take away, those rights still apply.
